George E. Dlugos, CFA
CFA, Senior Research Analyst
George Dlugos is a senior strategist and investment analyst here at Endurance. Having over four decades of portfolio management and research experience, George provides valuable insight and access to the Endurance Investment Committee. Throughout his career, George has worked with many major investment firms in New York, Boston and Providence.
George began his career as a portfolio manager with the Chase Manhattan Bank, now JP Morgan Chase, as a portfolio manager. After six years with Chase, he joined Fleet Investment Advisors filling a series of key roles over an eighteen year period; first in portfolio management and later as senior energy sector analyst in investment research. In the mid 1990’s, George joined Evergreen Investment Management in Boston as an energy sector strategist. In 2006, he rejoined his colleague John Webber at Endurance.
George is past President and a member of the Providence Financial Analyst Society and is a member of the Petroleum Analysts of Boston.
Having attained his B.S. from Fairfield University, George gained an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1985.
George is married with two children and is a devoted grandfather. When down at his Florida home George is involved in several civic activities, and when time allows, George can be found on the golf course or cycling.
