In joining Endurance Wealth Management as a portfolio manager and member of the Investment Committee, Karin Coulter brings over twenty-five years of fixed income and equity experience to the team. Karin was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer in January 2022.

Previously, Karin was with Putnam Investments on the High Yield Trading desk; DDJ Capital Management, LLC as an investment associate and thirteen years with Weybosset Research and Management, LLC as a fixed income and securities analyst.

Having graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Karin earned her MBA at Salve Regina University in 1995. Later, she attended an Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance course at Harvard’s Kennedy School.

In her community, Karin is on the board of the Friends of the Jamestown Philomenian Library and the Jamestown Taxpayer Association. Previously she coached robotics for the Lawn Avenue Middle School and volunteered to bring local children to area ski areas to teach them to ski.  She is a past member of the Investment and Finance Committees of St. Matthews Church and formerly on the Executive Committee of San Miguel School.

Karin is married and the mother of three girls.  She enjoys golf, boating, skiing and spending time with her family.
