Michael (Mike) Costello founded Endurance Wealth Management with the purpose of preserving and growing the wealth of his clients. As managing partner, Mike has spent the vast majority of his professional career in the investment advisory business at Fleet Investment Advisors, The Providence Group, and as a partner in Baldwin Brothers. He started his career on Wall Street for Dru Stock.

He serves on the Rhode Island State Investment Commission and is on the Board of AAA of Southern New England, Swan Point Cemetery, and The San Miguel School.

Mike was President of the Providence Society of Financial Analysts, a board member of the Gordon School, St. Mary’s Academy-Bay View, Insight and Chairman of the Board of the United Way of Rhode Island.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has over 35 years of experience in the investment management business.

Mike is married to Jamie and they have three children. Mike is an avid skier, photographer, and loves history.
